Manager (Team Head), Loan Administration
Job Ref. : 2012-08
Responsibilities:
  •  Acting as the team head, the job holder manages daily loan processing functions and ensure compliance with internal policies/ guidelines and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Matriculated or above, post-secondary education in business or finance is preferable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in loan administration functions of which 3 years in vehicle, equipment, vessel and mortgage loan financing, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Familiar with TU and CCRA requirements, with comprehensive knowledge of legal documents, code of practices and guidelines from various regulatory authorities in relation to banking and finance
  • Analytical with strong presentation skill
  • Good in communication and time management
  • Strong leadership and willing to work under pressure
  • Good PC skills and proficient in English and Cantonese (Putonghua is an advantage)
