Team Leader, Marketing - Policy Finance

Job Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development of new policy finance products (e.g. subsidized loans, on-lending facilities, portfolio guarantees)
• Oversee end-to-end execution of Policy Finance: origination, due diligence, prepare business proposal, credit proposal, disbursement and expand the client portfolio
• Collect market intelligence, formulate sales strategies and devise selling tactics to achieve business targets
• Manage and develop subordinates, provide on-the job training, review and streamline the workflow so as to ensure business growth and compliance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

 
 Job Requirements

• Tertiary or university level education, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• 10 years above proven insurance products knowledge and sales capabilities in policy finance, corporate lending, development finance or policy lending, with at least 5 years in managerial experience
• Familiar with relevant laws & regulations, standards and market practices, IFRS 17 and Risk-based Capital; Knowledge in investment, asset and liability management, AML requirements, product pricing will be an added advantage
• Strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal communication skills and result driven
• Well knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
