Your feedback will be followed up and acknowledged within 7 days upon receipt. In case we need to investigate further, we will endeavour to advise you of the outcome within 30 days. If feedback is lodged by a third party, please note that we will contact the customer concerned directly in order to protect our customer's privacy.
In case you are still not completely satisfied with our handling result or have further information for our assessment, please contact us again. We will re-examine the case and respond to you per the above-mentioned procedures.
For monetary disputes, you may also refer your case to the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre.
